When will I receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we process it within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

All orders are shipped from our European warehouse.
How much does shipping cost?

NL & BE: Free shipping — always.

International: Free shipping on orders over €80.
Orders below €80 will see the exact rate at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship across Europe, the United States, and selected countries in Latin America.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Only if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Reach out ASAP with your order number.
Once it’s out the door, changes are no longer possible.

What’s your return policy?
You have 365 days to return your items. That’s right — a full year.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

Can I exchange for another size or color?
Yes — if the size or color you want is in stock. Just follow the same return steps and mention that you want an exchange.
What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?
We got you. Send us an email within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll fix it fast.

Not yet. Right now we’re online only — but we’re cooking up some real-life experiences soon.
Is your clothing unisex?
Yes. Skuntur gear is made for all bodies and all vibes.
Do you offer express shipping?
In some regions, yes. If express shipping is available for your country, it’ll show up at checkout.
